We manufacture Coffee Cups by Fired on Decal and Sublimation.

We also Manufacture Coffee Cups by using the Sublimation process. The Cups have a Polymer Coasting on the cup. The process of Dye-Sublimation printing is by using a special transfer paper using a heat sensitive sublimation dye in solid state. The cup is then processed at 375 F, the solid dyes is converted into a gas without becoming a liquid. The high temperature opens the pores of the polymer coating which allows the gas to enter. When the cup is removed from the heat the, the temperature drops, the pores close and the gas returns to a solid state. The dye has now become a permanent part of the cup.
